PRAGMINIS is a strong consultancy firm built around the combination of three elements: Ministry, Finance, and Business. Together with our clients we design both short and long-term strategies to achieve rock-solid stewardship practices.
We help Church and Para-Church organizations incorporate, execute, and maintain sound principles of finance and business in order to expand their ministry effectiveness. This goal is achieved through building strong client relationships, and partnerships with like-minded businesses and ministries that provide complimentary services and products.
Management Team
Derryck McLuhan
Derryck brings three decades of diverse leadership experience to PRAGMINIS. He established 9 churches and 5 independent ministries, and has served as a missionary, pastor, CEO, and leadership coach. His passion is to facilitate pastors and ministry leaders, helping them maximize their strengths and reach the full potential of their vision. Derryck understands the structure necessary for an organization to reach its goals. He is known as a creative strategist and visionary leader with excellent communication skills.
Bill McDermott
Bill's thirty years in banking and finance provide a depth of knowledge and experience that is rare in the world of faith-based consultancy firms. He has guided countless businesses through various developmental phases, and has served dozens of churches as their personal banker and loan officer. Bill is recognized for his innovative ability to provide results, his passion for excellent stewardship, and his unwavering commitment to serve the Church with his financial and business skills.
