Fee structures are available on both hourly and fixed rates. We attempt to establish fees based upon the value we create for your organization. Because the needs of every organization vary widely, we do not structure fees on a "one-size-fits-all" basis. The value we create is determined together with each client.

At PRAGMINIS, our first priority is to understand your current position and future goals. We listen carefully to understand your ministry vision and objectives. We then gather relevant data so you get a clear picture of the health of your current system of stewardship. Next, we perform a SWOT Analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) which provides you with a clear picture or your business dynamics, including banking relationship, budget, organizational structure, and general needs, desires, time lines, and expectations. Finally we design and present you with a road map to fulfill your vision and achieve your objectives in a cost-effective and timely manner. Christian leaders are called, gifted, and trained to impact people for God's Kingdom. Some lead churches or ministries, others own or operate businesses. Whether a leader is called to minister through business, or a faith-based nonprofit, he/she has a desire for heightened fruitfulness. Our Productivity Forum is the perfect solution for bringing ministry and business together to maximize servant leadership. For one year, leaders from all walks of life meet monthly for a 4-hour forum. Each session is dedicated to a particular topic related to the success and significance of the individual leader and the organization through which they serve. Topics include:
